The increasing use of digital financial services has made gold investment more accessible to Generation Z, yet their interest in gold investment may be influenced by different personal and technological factors. This study aims to examine the effects of investment knowledge, investment motivation, income, and technological advancement on the interest of Generation Z in gold investment in Wonosobo Regency. A quantitative research approach was applied using primary data collected through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire. The study involved 107 Generation Z respondents residing in Wonosobo Regency who were selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS. The findings show that investment knowledge and investment motivation do not have significant effects on gold investment interest, with significance values of 0.126 and 0.122, respectively. In contrast, income has a positive and significant effect (? = 0.355; p < 0.001), as does technological advancement (? = 0.402; p < 0.001). Simultaneously, the four independent variables significantly affect gold investment interest (F = 51.418; p < 0.001). The adjusted R-square of 0.655 indicates that the model explains 65.5% of the variation in gold investment interest.
